Would you like to talk to a midwife about your pregnancy and birth choices? Do you need support to personalise your care plan? Do you need someone to listen to you as you prepare your birth plan and understanding your options?

I offer a personalised space to explore your own journey and to prepare for birth in line with your specific needs and desires.

This 90min session is available in person (in and around Bristol) or online at a mutually convenient time.

No topic too small - use this time to ask any questions, understand the evidence and know your rights and choices!

£100 for 90min appointment

Midwife Consultation

Personalised midwifery care in your own home from early pregnancy until birth. Appointments made at a convenient time to suit you and your family.

I provide a full physical and emotional wellbeing check up. You will have space to talk over any questions or concerns you have, discuss your birth preferences and understand how to optimise your plans for birth. This includes:

• Pregnancy reflection space

• Guidance and advice

• Blood pressure assessment

• Urinalysis

• Abdominal palpation and growth assessment

• Listening to baby’s heartbeat

• Mat B1 form from 20 weeks

I work alongside other healthcare practitioners along with local NHS care and can support you to access additional services as needed.

Holistic Midwife Consultation

This appointment offers you a full traditional midwifery care experience.
As well as a full physical and emotional wellbeing check up in your home and all the offerings of my midwife consultation, you will also receive:

• Belly Mapping guidance to understand baby’s position in the womb

• Optimal fetal positioning guidance and rebozo support

• Guided meditations for birth (plus free downloads!)

• Optional: Moxibustion support for breech babies as needed.

£180 for 2.5hr appointment
