Would you like to talk to a midwife about your pregnancy and birth choices? Do you need support to personalise your care plan? Do you need someone to listen to you as you prepare your birth plan and understanding your options?

I offer a personalised space to explore your own journey and to prepare for birth in line with your specific needs and desires.

This 90min session is available in person (in and around Bristol) or online at a mutually convenient time.

No topic too small - use this time to ask any questions, understand the evidence and know your rights and choices!

£90 for 90min appointment

Holistic Midwife Consultation

Personalised midwifery care in your own home from early pregnancy until birth. Appointments made at a convenient time to suit you and your family.

I provide a full physical and emotional wellbeing check up.
This includes:

Pregnancy reflection space
Guidance and advice
Blood pressure & urinalysis
Abdominal palpation and growth assessment
Belly Mapping guidance
Rebozo techniques and optimal fetal positioning advice
Optional: Moxibustion support for breech babies as needed.

£180 for 2.5hr appointment

I work alongside other healthcare practitioners along with local NHS care and can support you to access additional services as needed.
